Our medical provider Dr. Laura Purdy is now completing all Good Faith Exams (GFEs) in-house. This allows for more streamlined care, better communication, and an overall smoother visit for you.

Even if you’ve completed a GFE with us recently, you’ll need to complete a quick updated version as part of this transition.

We are asking that you complete this GFE as soon as you can even if you aren’t currently booked or if your appointment is a ways out. We are trying to streamline all of our clients by 5/4/2026.
